A few thousand bottles characterize our family run business

Founded in 2018 by winemaker Vito Oddo, our winery is the first urban winery in the city of Trapani, located in what was once the family garage where Vito began his early research and experimental fermentations before graduating in Enology in 2010.
Today our winery is a modern oenological facility with a storage capacity of up to 1,000 hectoliters of wine, officially registered under the code ICQRF IT/8680/TP and authorized for bottling.
Every bottle proudly carries the statement “Bottled by Vito Oddo”, a mark of our commitment to quality, authenticity, and a deep connection with our territory.

Producing wine in the city

Our company consists of 6 hectares of vines distributed between Fulgatore and Dattilo, with ages ranging from 6 years for the youngest plants to 25 years for our Merlot "old vineyard". The grape varieties cultivated are Merlot, Vermentino, Catarratto and Petit Verdot. The management of vineyards is completely Organic and based on the concept of soil regeneration, with interventions as invasive as possible and only organic manure.

Our strength is the value of the family, the parents are pillars like robust vine stocks and the children are the lifeblood that generates new vegetation. We believe in the fertile land full of life, mother of our education in sacrifice and human values. We transform the fruit of the vine into liquid matter to convey and make known the love for our work, in a unique territory full of history yet to be discovered.
