The decision to invest in Vermentino in Trapani stems from Vito's love for this vine, known and produced in various regions of Italy in his previous work experiences.
Alcoholic fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Periodic batonnage are carried out for about 3 months after fermentation, always in stainless steel tanks.
After the cold months, bottling takes place (in March).

AROMA: On the nose you can smell hints of white flowers and white paste fruit.
TASTE: In the mouth it gives a pleasant sapidity, minerality and a persistent aftertaste.
Excellent with fried fish and shellfish combinations.
